Payment & Billing

We securely process all payments online via Stripe. We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Registered clients are automatically invoiced once their unpaid balance reaches $50.00, or after their 5th completed order. For bespoke projects (such as Custom Android Apps), official invoices are generated and sent directly to your email. These invoices include a secure checkout link processed exclusively through our authorized payment gateways (Stripe / 2Checkout), ensuring your transaction is fully protected and compliant. All international online payments are processed securely by our US-registered entity, First Option Industry LLC.

Refunds & Revisions

Our platform operates on a transparent billing structure where registered clients are invoiced only after reaching a $50.00 balance or their 5th completed order. This unique approach allows you to review the quality of our work before payment is ever required.

To guarantee your complete satisfaction, we proudly offer unlimited free revisions on all orders. You can easily request an edit directly from your secure client dashboard, and our team will work closely with you until the final product perfectly meets your expectations.

Because clients receive unlimited revisions and have the full opportunity to review their completed files prior to settling their invoice, all payments are final. We strictly do not offer refunds once a transaction has been processed.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

First Option Industry LLC is a strictly digital service provider. We do not ship physical goods. All completed services (Vector Art, Embroidery Digitizing, and Custom Applications) are delivered digitally over the internet.

Standard Delivery Timeline: Our standard turnaround time for design and digitizing orders is 12 to 24 hours from the time the order is successfully submitted. Delivery timelines for Custom Android Apps will be agreed upon separately via official quote.

Once your files are ready, they will be securely uploaded to your client dashboard. You will receive an automated email notification containing a secure link to log in and download your files instantly.

Privacy Policy & Data Protection

First Option Industry LLC ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your personal data is handled securely in compliance with global standards, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Information We Collect

When you register using Google Secure Sign-In, we collect basic profile information (Name and Email). When updating your dashboard profile, you may optionally provide billing details (Address, City, Country, Phone Number) necessary for invoicing.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your information is used strictly to provide our digital services, process your orders, deliver completed files, and generate official billing invoices. We do not use your data for unauthorized third-party marketing.

3. Payment Processing & Security

We do not collect, process, or store your credit card information on our servers. All payment transactions are securely handled by our PCI-compliant third-party payment gateways (Stripe / 2Checkout).

4. Your Data Rights (GDPR)

You retain full control over your personal data. You have the right to request access to the data we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate data, or request the complete deletion of your account and personal information ("Right to be Forgotten").
